Ordering
Orders are to be placed at least 3 working days in advance prior to the collection date as lead time is required for processing and preparation.
Customers can choose up to 2 colours (either metallic or standard colour) for the Helium Latex Balloon Bouquet. Premium Chrome colors are at an additional cost. Please refer to our balloon colour chart for the respective colours.Both helium balloon bouquets will be identical.
Float Times
Float time for customized jumbo latex balloons are between 18-24 hours while 12 Inch latex balloons will stay afloat within 8-10 hours. For best results, we highly reccomend that customers collect or opt for delivery 1-2 hours before the event.
To lengthen the float time, please avoid high temperatures and sharp objects.
Printing might show bubbles after a day, however this is perfectly normal.
