- Other than self-collection, what are the available options for shipping?
We offer a convenient Van delivery service or local standard courier service via a third-party logistics provider.
- Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship locally within Singapore. However, we are working towards international shipping in the near future.
- What is the charge for local standard courier service?
The charge for local standard courier service is a flat fee of $12. This service does not apply for orders with balloons.
- Am I able to track my delivery order?
Yes, a tracking number is provided for all orders opting for local standard courier service. The tracking number will only be advised once the package is processed and passed to our courier service partner.
- What are the areas that you deliver to?
We deliver almost island-wide in Singapore except for areas with postal code (first 2-digit) 70, 71 & 74.
- What are the charges for door delivery?
Charges for door delivery via van range between $30 to $40 depending on the location.
- If I order online, will I be able to select my preferred delivery date and time?
Yes, upon selecting Van delivery shipping option, you will be prompted to select your preferred delivery date and time. In the unlikely event that CGS Party is unable to fulfil your preferred delivery timing, you will receive a call from CGS Party to reschedule.
- My delivery location is at a hotel. Are you able to deliver the items up to my room?
Unfortunately our driver will only be able to deliver the items to the Hotel main lobby (if the hotel permits) or loading bay. For other delivery locations to residential estates or chalets, our driver can deliver to the function rooms or clubhouse.
- Do you deliver other timings i.e. early mornings or late at night?
If your preferred delivery timing is not within the specified delivery slots, you may email us at shop@cgsparty.com on your special request and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
